Referring Doctors

In order to streamline the referral process and allow for HIPAA-compliant transfer of patient information between offices, we are transitioning to the ReferralWeb online referral system. We feel that this will allow us to provide timely, quality care for patients and facilitate communication between referring offices and our staff and doctors. In order to take full advantage of the services Referably has to offer, referring offices will need to register for a free account. If you do not already have an account with ReferralWeb, please contact our office at 406-727-4322, and we will assist you in establishing an account.

When you click on the link below, you will be directed to ReferralWeb’s login page and web-based referral portal. When prompted, search for ‘Northern Montana Oral Surgery’ and select our office to send a patient referral directly to our treatment coordinator. We will reach out to the patient as soon as possible once the referral is received. Please contact our office with any questions, and we will happily assist you in any way possible.
