  • Using Universal Precautions for all instrument sterilization
  • Slimming down our schedules to reduce congregating in the waiting room
  • Checking every team member’s temperature twice a day
  • Not letting team members work if they feel ill, have a cough, or a temperature over 100.4 degrees
  • Double cleaning all surfaces between patients and after procedures     
  • Encouraging patients to reschedule their appointments if they :     
  1. Have had sinus congestion or respiratory symptoms like a head cold with or without a cough
  2. Have a fever (>100.4 degrees)
  3. Have a sore throat
  4. Felt sick or tired (malaise)
  5. Have been in contact with someone who has tested positive or is suspected of having COVID-19
  6. Have recently traveled
  • Limiting the number of family members to decrease the number of people in our waiting room (social distancing)
  • Having family/friends wait in their cars during appointments
  • Having patients use a mouth rinse before procedures
  • Frequent disinfection of our lobby and public clinic areas

What we’re Asking you to do to help yourself and others stay safe

  • If you have a compromised immune system, please reschedule your appointment unless you’re in pain and needing urgent treatment.
  • Wait in your car until your appointment is ready.  Call us at 406-727-4322 to let us know you’re in the parking lot
  • If you do wait in the waiting room, sit at least 6 feet away from others
